Hi. Just wondering has anyone tried the raw diet to heal our bladders? I have started having green smothies every day and helps. Anybody have success with following the raw diet totally? Our diet is so limited at the moment but getting desperate.

I'm aware of other people although not in this group but who have posted elsewhere on other IC sites that they are doing well on a raw diet or a vegan diet.  They did seek medical support and had regular blood tests to make sure they weren't restricting vital minerals and I believe worked with a qualified alternative practitioner to tailor the diet.  Some had gluten intolerances already before starting.  If it is helping your bladder that is great but always make sure you have appropriate support whilst changing your diet.
