Hi Bladder Health
I'm suffering with tendonitis in knees & pain after taking Hiprex, my GP advised to make sure it doesn't develop into Chronic fatigue/ME/Fibro, which is concerning as there are many similarities.  Anyhow, I've read that apple cider vinegar helps with the above as battles fatigue & helps joint pain, does anyone know if this is good for bladder issues or if it could make this worse?  I find it all very confusing as I've always thought an alkaline body/bladder is better but under the prof's guidance I've been advised to take vit c x 4 daily as the acidic nature controls microbiome & disrupts infection.  I'm currently only on 1 x daily as I feel I've taken so much & in the painful unable to walk state now due to too much acid (Hiprex).  I suffer with IC, certain foods, drink, stress trigger a flare & it also looks like I have a biomfilm.  Any advice, ideas on the above is appreciated. Thank you.
