Can anyone help please.
I emailed Dr A in July hoping to make an appointment to see her. I received a reply to say that I am on her list for an appointment.
Since then, although I have emailed several times to ask if I could have a rough idea of when my appointment will be. None of my emails have been answered & it's now October. Has anyone else had the same experience, I would be grateful for any replies.

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to you. At the time of your initial request her clinic was closed to new patients and only reopened in September. Unfortunately she has a waiting list going back to the beginning of this year of patients wanting treatment and she can only take a limited number of new patients given the detailed care that each requires. She also is a practising NHS GP so her private clinic for UTI patients is run two days a week.

I would suggest contacting the COB office for the details of the London professor who would be able to see you. At the moment he can only see private patients but I'm aware of patients being able to be seen within 10 days of an appointment request. It will mean a trip to London for your first appointment, but after that follow ups can be done via phone call.

Thank you for the response, however, I am dissappointed that I was not told any of this when contacting the clinic 3 months ago. I was told that I would be seeing Dr A on a Tuesday so to be aware of that when making any arrangements. I did that , waited & waited for an appointment & now I am told I am not going to see her.
