Just wondering if anyone self catheterises for their bladder instils.

My instils are very successful however I would like to be able to do them myself in between my NHS treatments. My nurse says that Cystistat and iAluRil is actually quite cheap to buy.

Any advice about how to organise this myself would be useful. I don’t mind paying privately!

Hello LouW19

Could I ask you to contact BHUK Office( number top of page), they will have much advice ,information and contact details to assist you. Also if you become a member they will be able to send you information .They also have information of Private Providers.

Here is a list of instils with their various benefits, that may help.

Kind regards
