Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anybody else here is diabetic and what you do for snacks.  I'm fed up with veggies as I eat these with every meal!  I'm a pescatarian too, so meat isn't an option.

Until my bladder started to be a problem I used to happily have cheese, yogurts, soya milk, nuts and small amounts of dark chocolate, but I can't tolerate any of these things anymore.  I've tried going without, but I end up ravenous and narky in the afternoon by the time it gets to around half three!

Any ideas would be really helpful

Hi there and thanks for the post......I would perhaps suggest speaking to the COB Office and arranging to speak to their diet specialist as she has a much better understanding of your dietary needs.

Regards, Emma

Hi Emma,

Thanks for the reply, it's probably a good idea to speak with someone about this who can maybe give me some guidance.

Thanks,

Sarah
