My daughter Rebecca (usually known as Beckie or Bex) has decided to fund raise for COB foundation by taking part in the Run or Dye 5km charity run in London. I am incredibly proud of my daughter as she is doing it to raise awareness and also as a show of support and understanding of my battle against IC and the impact it has had on us as a family.

A sponsorship page has been set up (with The COB Foundation full knowledge and agreement). If you are able to sponsor Beckie, I know she would be incredibly grateful. No donate is too small and all donations anybody is able to make are gratefully recieved and incredibly appreciated by Beckie and by TH e COb Foundation.

This is about the actual charity fun run
At Run or Dye, you become part of the rainbow. As you run/walk/dance through the course, you will get showered in safe, eco-friendly, plant-based powdered dye at every kilometer...turning you into a technicolour canvas of fun!

Just when you thought you couldn't possibly be more colourful, you'll cross the finish line and find yourself in the middle of a colourstorm at our Finish Festival! You'll jam out with our awesome MCs as they count down to the moment when YOU get to Tie-Dye the Sky and open your FREE colour packet to share a bit of the rainbow with your friends, family, and everyone else around you. The result is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that many people tell us is the most fun they've ever had exercising.

But don't just take our word for it -- find an event near you and join the most colourful 5K in the world!
