IC is a very indvidual disease and people with IC often find that their bodies tolerate foods differently. You need to know what your food triggers are so you can avoid them and this helping to reduce any flare ups.

Your Dr can refer you to a dietician who can assist you with drawing up a diet that meets your needs and is safe for your bladder. Alternatively the COB Foubdation does a nutritionist that assists people with dietary advice. If you have a look at the main CON site there is a section on diet and the nutritionist service. Please contact the COB Foundation main office for further assistance in regards to accessing this service.

Good luck xx
