Hi, I am wondering if anyone drinks Goats milk and is ok with it?..Or if anyone has had it and found it troublesome?
Also wonder about trying Goats Yoghurt?..I am kinda worried about a lack of calcium in my already vey restricted diet..would be great if I can tolerate it!

Thanks
Take Care

It did flare me a bit I think, although always difficult to know what is flaring as so many things involved in what you eat on a daily basis.
If you are lactose intollerent (to cow's milk) then goats or sheeps milk and yogurt is supposed to be better. But calcium can be got through other foods not just dairy. I have read that places in the world where they never eat the milk of animals they have the strongest bones - don't know if it is true but read in in lots of things.

Goat's milk is a rich source of the trace mineral selenium, a necessary nutrient, however, for its immune modulation and antioxidant properties.

I drink goat milk, it is tasty and good for the health.
It is a low fat milk which is very beneficial for the digestion system.
