Health diet will provide lots of thing which is really very helpful to our body. Some times I would suggest that you try out other meals too.
Water is good for dieting in anyway.
Fruits and vegetables are good for dieting.
Less oily foods and use less carbohydrates containing food.

A healthy and balanced diet is necessary to maintain the health.
You should take a balanced diet in form of the fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products to make your diet more healthy and get all nutrition in your diet.
