I've been reading Catherine Simmones book 'Along The Healing Path'.  Does anyone know of a good place to buy pure herbs to infuse into teas as I would like to try some of her ideas.

I have ordered Marshmallow Root Tea (which is one that Catherine recommends) from Health-E-Teas ( I should probably mention though that this tea made me worse not better so please be cautious.

Best wishes

I buy cornsilk from Neal's Yard remedies. They have shops in London, but I think they also do mail order.  The cornsilk tea is really nice (I think) and I was delighted to find something I can drink, as even peppermint tea gives me bladder flares.

I have been drinking Equisetum (horsetail) tea for a week now and my symptoms have cleared up completely! I have a couple of cups a day. It's sold in homeopathic pharmacies, made by Weleda. Might be worth a try?
