Hello speedy12

Eggs are usually categorised as dairy I belive. Can you give your practitioner and ring and ask her whether or not she suggests you avoid eggs?

Apparently in chinese medicine eggs are not prohibited, only milk products which increase dampness, that is what I have heard on the grapevine, nothing confirmed but on the other hand she would have mentioned this if she thought that these products are a big no no.
