Hi Sophs. Really glad to hear you are symptom free after your patient wait! Do you think increased dose of cef helped you?

Hey Dxb99, i think the diet do help some people, no person is the same so i guess it's just finding what works best for who. I suffer awful thrush on the antibiotics and some patients don't have it at all.
Think it's the only side affect that drives me crazy but trying to ride through it for the sake of my bladder lol
Hope your symptoms resolve soon.

Hey jude, just started the increased dose today so will see how i get on. My symptoms are back again now sadly [frown] not sure if it's down to stress making me flare.
Will let you know how i get on with the increased dose x
