Hello all
I was wondering how everyone in treatment with Dr A and the London professor were getting on?  I'm still having good days and bad days. A couple of weeks ago I developed a lot of stinging up in my urethra and it felt sore when I twisted or lent forwards and I had painful spasms, this has thankfully settled and I wonder if something I ate set it off.  The worst symptom for me now is stinging when I need to pee and just before I pee.  I'm in my 9th week of Nitro now but reduced the dose to 100mg twice a day.  Last week I had a couple of days where I almost felt normal which was great but then it frustrates me when I take a step backwards.  I just have to remember this is a very slow process and try not to be too impatient!
Best wishes
