I have seen in the USA they sell low acid low sugar pear jam.
Does anyone know if you can buy low acid, low sugar jam in the UK ?
I'm desperate to add more foods to my diet as I'm very restricted with what I can tolerate.

Any other low acidic , low sugar food ideas appreciated.

Perhaps your local health food shop might be able to help source low acidic and low sugar foods for you?

Alternatively you could ask your doctor to refer you to a dietician/nutritionist for help with identifying trigger foods etc? My Doctor referred me to a dietician when I was first diagnosed and I found it a supportive and positive experience.

Thanks Susannah, I'm going to try the strawberry as I don't like blueberries.

Hi Jen, I was referred to a dietician years ago but she couldn't help me due to
everything I have going on.
