Going by the responses so far I've like to propose a couple of possibilities for a day/time for a Thanet meeting.

It seems aa date between 18 August to 31 August seems to suit most people. What is everybody's preferences to the options below?

Tuesday - anytime from an 11am start to a 7pm start

Any weekday evening from an 6pm or 7pm start

Saturday - anytime from an 11am start to a 2pm start

Sunday - anytime from an 11am start to a 2pm start

How long would you like the meeting to last - I was considering upto 2 hours but it can be shorter. Once I know the day and time the majority of you prefer I can work on the date and a venue.

I have a couple of venues that I perform at that have separate function rooms. There a couple in Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate so I was thinking of asking them if we have use their function rooms free of charge - a girl can only ask
