I've been taking this for a cpl of weeks now and since I have a fine rash and some small spots on my face (these little spots itch) - can Oregano do this, am I allergic or sensitive to it?

PS - I also take Co-enzyme 10 and I believe this can do the same too.

Thanks for any replies.

I think it could be from The oregano. However I take it with no rash. Have you tried pumpkin seed oil in stead? Good for soothing bladder and uretha.... ;-)

Has anyone tried the Higher Nature Oregano oil capsules from COB shop(Amazon)? If so did it work for you?

Normal dose is 3 times a day with meal.  But if I want to use to eliminate infection, should I take more than that? I recall vaguely that some were saying double dose for that purpose.

Your advice will be appreciated.
