Hello everyone

Well I am very pleased with my diet progress so far with Dr Matia Brizman's program.

Initially it was quite hard what with limited vegetables, meat and water...but it has been 4 weeks now and I can honestly say I feel the best I have felt in years. I feel about ten years old again I no longer fall into bed worn out and exhausted at 8.30 lol!

I recently went through the so called dreaded 'die off period' which wasn't as bad as I thought. I spent 5 days feeling a bit crampy in the stomach and the worst part was the 'foggy head'. Still I could still function and do things, I just felt concentration wasn't as good...but that's gone now.

I am very pleased to say that my bladder is behaving and responding well...I know exactly what triggers off any problems even in this short time, and I feel in control, not living in fear of it. One thing I found on the diet was that although one of the drink choices was fizzy water, this caused me massive pain. Once I gave this up, my painful bladder settled right back down.

A big thank you as well for all the emails from members who are interested in the program...I am more than happy to receive enquiries about what I am doing and am pleased that individuals are taking this step towards recovery. I was initially very wary and afraid of this leap, but after the support of UK patients of Matia's I am so glad I made this decision. 5 years of suffering and I can honestly say I am the master of it now rather than the other way round!

So heres to good health and recovery!

Ria )
