I'm not a massive milk lover either so not sure how it's going to go down.

Calling all kefir drinkers... (I should prob start a new thread?)

- I've seen people making it using coconut milk; does any one have any experience of this?
- how much?
- how often?

Hello LouMartin

Contact BHUK Office on Tuesday, they will have all the Info you require.( We are UK based, but will always assist)

Also wonder if you, wish to update your previous post, (Interstitial Category), with the results from your Urologist visit and Cystoscopy. Did he give you any answers?

Kind regards

Waitrose sell kefir and quark mix in small pots. I like it and am hopeful it won't irritate me. Everything seems to!
