Hiya,

I'm looking for advice on the best vits/supplements to help painful bladder symptoms. There are so many different ideas on the web, I'd spend on small fortune on them all!

I've already ordered some desert harvest aloe vera. I'm taking magnesiun supplements every day and prelief with some meals.

Anything else which others have found useful would be great.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Sarahxx

There are many supplements on the market for those with a painful bladder. We can provide you with information on many of them.

If you would like to give me a call on the advice line tomorrow between 9.30am and 2.00pm, I would be happy to advise you on which supplements may be helpful to you. I can join you up as a member and send you and information pack also if you would like. If you don't get through first time leave a message and I will call you back.
