Hi all
Just wondered if anyone knew much about salicylate sensitivity ?
It is actually a request for a friend with various health issues and thinks she maybe salicylate sensitive.
I have read somewhere IC can be connected to salicylate sensitivity so wanted to ask if anyone on this forum has any resources they would recommend , diet books, food lists etc
Thanks very much
Susan

Hello Susan

That is kind of you to help your friend,I cannot give you an answer, but can confirm that we are all so different and find what irritates or even helps one can be a complete nightmare to someone else. Grr!!!!

However do look through the COB website there is diet section,(Type DIET in the search tab at top) also if You /she becomes a member of COB, you would have access to our Nutrition advisor.

Hopefully someone may be able to offer an answer for you.
Kind regards
Kate
