In your booklet entitled "Bladder Friendly Diet" on page 22 it lists thing you can take to maintain a neutral pH

Bi-carbonate of Soda (Baking Soda), this warns against taking this in cases of high blood pressure. I have since learnt that it should not be taken by anyone with palpitations or ectopic heartbeats (as I have)  this is not mentioned in the booklet.

Potassium Citrate - the same applies again re palpitations and ectopic heartbeats.  Again, it is not mentioned in your booklet.  I bought some Potassium Citrate and read the warning on the label.

I understand that it is up to the individual to check these things out but a mention in the booklet would be useful.

Thanks Lindilou
I will keep forwarding any info you find, that may help others, onto the COB Office as they do not check Forum daily.

It is appreciated as Susannah already said.

and as we all always say we try and offer advice for you to understand your body and manage your suffering.alongside your own Medical team,
As we are all so different and react differently, the more we read and post gives a good reference point for our own research.

Take care and kind regards
Kate
