Good evening,

I was wondering if anyone has been tested for ureaplasma/mysoplasma on the NHS?

I have been doing some research and feel as if I could have this bacteria.

I have been with urology now for 7 years and every test I have had I have come back ok.

I have been given a course of cystistat treatment as a last bid to see if this can rid of my symptoms.

I asked my uro about ureaplasma and he didn't know anything of it

Many thanks

Myco and Ureaplasma are notoriously difficult to culture and the NHS does not offer testing for them, You would need to to some research and find a reliable private clinic to progress this.
