Hey guys! I've been a sufferer of cystitis for near enough 5 years now, since I was 19, and I've tried everything under the sun for relief! When I was doing some research the other day as I felt a flare coming on, I found an article stating that uva ursi mixed with potassium can be used as a good fighter and preventative method! I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with this, good and bad? Thanks in advance for any replies [smile]

Hi and welcome!

A lot of ladies on here use Urvi usi, grapefruit seed extract and D Mannose and find them very effective.

I think the best thing to do is try them one at a time and see how you get on but there is a lot of research that seems to back up there effectiveness
