Not sure how long after cystoscopy, but wonder if you have an infection as a result, which could be treated?   Agree I am sure Bladder Health can give support.
Also, possibly worth taking simple painkiller like paracetamol if this is a painkiller you can usually use, obviously HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING so that is offered just as someone who has had problems, sometimes simple pain relief can take the edge off things although clearly won't resolve the underlying problem.
Try to distract yourself mentally - not easy obviously - maybe with a book, sudoku, a film you like, anything to just take your mind away from your body however briefly.
Do not give up, chase up results of cystoscopy if not received yet, and speak to GP about how you are feeling and the emotional impact, and remember, in desperation - at 4am when everything seems so bad and you feel so alone,  the Samaritans are there 24/7.
