Hi I have had IC for 6 months and have serious bladder pressure,  I was wondering if there was a treatment or medication that could help.  It feels like I have to uriinate all day long but nothing comes out except when I really do need to go.

Hi, just wondering if you had tried any of the anticholinergic medications like solifenacin that can work to relax the bladder? They seem to be effective for some people to help with frequency issues, not everyone tolerates them well though.

Hi, I had bladder pressure but it went with antibiotics as did most of my long list of symptoms, while I had it I didn,t find any medication that got rid of it but am aware I went down a different route of treating an infection.
