Hi,I can eat yoghurt without any problems.I've tried various types but as my mum likes the actimel ones we usually have those.I tend to stick to strawberry flavour.I do like any thick and creamy  yoghurts but as they are so expensive I just get those when they are on special offer.
Good luck if you decide to try yoghurt again.

Hi

I can manage a small amount of M&S natural probiotic yogurt.  Its lovely on my poridge for breakfast.  I have found M&S food good generally as it doesn't contain a lot of additives.

Be careful of very low fat yogurts as they may contain sweetners.
