Does anyone have experience of probiotics causing flares? They are acidic but very good for IBS but seem to be kicking of bladder pain. Thanks.

I went through a phase of having a 'Yakult' which didn't last long as my bladder flared, so I think you are probably right.

Yes, my son seemed bad with yogurts or things like Yakult but we did not know if it was just that they are acidic in themselves. The probiotics he is on are for IBS and are VSL3 - a strong one but we do not know if they are kicking off the bladder. They are taken in water. They are prescribed for IBS and help recolonise the bowel after so many antibiotics but now we have started the probiotics again the bladder is bad. This is so frustrating as help for one thing makes another thing worse.
